Meet your trainers
Our team of passionate trainers at Twenty One Run is with you every step of the way.

Meet Jordan
Jordan’s been chasing miles since 2006—and he’s still not tired. A 2:27 marathoner, he’s run nearly 50 marathons, completed all six World Majors, and holds two Guinness World Records for the fastest marathons ever run in a fruit and vegetable costume (including a 2:33 dressed as a banana at Boston). Jordan logs most of his miles on the treadmill (yes, by choice), and is one of the founders of Twenty One Run. For him, running is a tool for balance, growth, and mental clarity—and he loves helping others unlock their own breakthroughs through the sport.

Sylvia Bedford

A few of her post-collegiate achievements include qualifying for the 2020 and 2024 USA Olympic Marathon Trials, winning the St. George Marathon four times with a PR of 2:34.17, and raising two daughters. Meet Jeremy
Jeremy Ranck is a coach, trainer, and a passionate advocate for lifelong fitness. His fitness journey took off in 2010 when he joined the Riverton High School cross country team. While running sparked his initial interest, it was strength training that truly became his focus. After experiencing a significant physical and mental transformation himself, Jeremy felt a strong desire to help others achieve similar results. In 2016, he turned this passion into his profession and has been coaching ever since. In 2021, Jeremy further challenged himself by completing his first marathon and is currently training with the goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. His passion for both endurance and strength training informs his unique and well-rounded coaching philosophy. In 2024, driven by a desire to create a more community-focused environment, Jeremy co-founded Twenty One Run. This training space is built on a foundation of passion and purpose, with a clear mission: to empower people to live better, stronger, and more fulfilling lives. Known for his energetic approach, empathy, and unwavering dedication, Jeremy goes beyond simply coaching – he fully commits to his clients' success. Whether your goals include running your first mile, completing a marathon, building strength, or making significant lifestyle changes, Jeremy is prepared to go the extra mile, both literally and figuratively, to help you achieve them.

She has always loved everything health and fitness from a small child and knew her calling in life would be to help others find their healthiest versions of themselves and push them to be their very best. She has completed multiple marathons with goals to complete many more. Although she does have speed goals, she is all about the longevity of the sport. She believes that if you take care of something it will last, and if you take care of your body and health you can be running well into your older years.
