Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable running shoes. We provide towels, and nutrition options such as electrolytes and post-workout protein, which can be purchased through the app.
When should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for an introduction to the class format, treadmill setup, and a brief overview of our heart rate zone system.
Do I need to sign a waiver before participating?
The waiver is included when booking a class. As long as you’ve registered, you’re all set!
What types of classes do you offer?
- Speed Edge: High-intensity intervals designed to improve speed and VO2 max. These workouts include shorter intervals, longer recoveries, and higher intensity.
- Threshold Edge: Moderate to high-intensity intervals focused on improving stamina and endurance. These feature longer intervals, shorter recoveries, and a steady workload.
- Vertical Edge: A hill-focused interval class that combines speed and incline training for a powerful workout.
All classes begin with a 10-minute warm-up, a short stretch session, followed by 40 minutes of workout, and conclude with a 5-10 minute cooldown. Classes are heart rate-based, and all participants wear forearm heart rate monitors that sync with our on-screen system. Zones are color-coded, and workouts are instructed based on these set zones.
